I help leaders and organizations navigate change with clarity, courage, and care. For more than two decades, I have partnered with executives, leadership teams, and institutions to guide meaningful transformation across higher education, corporate environments, and mission-driven organizations. My work focuses on helping organizations strengthen leadership capacity, align strategy with culture, and build systems that support people through change rather than exhaust them.

I work with leaders who know change is necessary, but want to lead it thoughtfully. Not just faster. Not just on paper. And not at the expense of people, trust, or purpose.

What I do

 I support organizations at moments of complexity, transition, and growth. This includes advising senior leaders, coaching executives, and working with teams to design approaches to change that are practical, human-centered, and sustainable.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership, culture, systems, and strategy. I help organizations move beyond reactive responses and short-term fixes toward building the internal capacity needed to navigate uncertainty, engage difference productively, and lead with intention.

Whether the challenge involves organizational transformation, culture change, leadership alignment, or sustainability integration, my focus is always on creating lasting impact that leaders and teams can carry forward.

My Approach

My approach is integrated and grounded in real-world practice. I draw from systems thinking, leadership development, and human-centered design to help leaders understand how culture, structure, behavior, and decision-making interact.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work closely with organizations to design approaches that fit their values, people, and context. This includes aligning leadership behaviors, strengthening communication and dialogue, and embedding new ways of working into everyday practice.

This work is informed by years of hands-on consulting, executive advising, academic research, and the frameworks I continue to develop and write about, including my work on Integral Design Thinking for organizational transformation. At its core, my approach helps leaders design change that is both effective and humane.
